Coffee Jelly

  • 2 cup clear strong coffee
  • 1/2 ounce or 2 1/4 tablespoon unflavored gelatine
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
Prepare the coffee, stronger than you would make. Make sure that it contains no grounds. Soak the gelatine in the cold water, and dissolve in the boiling water. Add the sugar and coffee. Pour into moistened molds and allow to cool off. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
