Coconut Cream Candy
- 1 cup sugar
- A little water
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Sugar and a little water boiled without stirring until it will spin a thread. Take from the fire; add a large tablespoon of shredded coconut and stir until it has a creamy consistency. Drop size of a penny on buttered paper. Slip off when cool and pack in boxes.
