Cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup scalded milk
Mix cocoa and sugar with enough water to make a thick syrup. Boil 3 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add milk, and enough water to make final volume 1 cup.
