Clams or Oysters on Half-Shell
- Raw oysters or clams
- Lemon wedge
- Crackers or thin slices of buttered bread
Raw oysters or clams may be served either on the half-shell packed in crushed ice, on oyster plates, or in a block of ice. For each hungry guest, allow 5 - 6 oysters or 6-8clams, and a lemon wedge. Crackers or thin slices of buttered bread may be passed.
