Cinnamon Toast
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- Bread
Cut rounds of bread, and toast on one side. Spread the other side with a paste made as follow: Cream butter, add sugar, and then cinnamon; mix well to a smooth paste. Now place rounds under toaster, and heat through, slightly browning the tops. Serve at once.
