Cider Frappe

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 quart cider
  • 2 lemons
Place the sugar and water over the heat and cook until the sugar is dissolved. Cool and then add the syrup to the cider and the juice of the lemons. Freeze.
