Christmas Cookies
- 1 pound butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- Lemon extract
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg and egg yolks, and flavoring. Sift flour and baking powder together, stir into butter and sugar mixture. Pack into cookie press, squeeze onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in oven heated to 350F at 375°F., until lightly browned.
