Chocolate Souffle
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 squares grated chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
Place oil in saucepan, stir in milk and sugar. When hot, add cornstarch and cook for 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Turn out to cool off. Mix chocolate with egg yolks and add to mixture; then add stiffly beaten whites. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a oven heated to 350F till firm to the touch.
Serve hot.
