Chocolate Sauce

  • 1 square chocolate
  • 1cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • Few grains salt
  • 3/4 Tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Melt the chocolate on the stove, and half the milk, and cook together for a minute or two. Add the sugar and salt to the corn starch, and moisten with the remainder of the milk. Pour this into the chocolate and milk and cook until thickened. Place in a double boiler and cook for 10-15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add the vanilla and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
