Chocolate Pudding
- 1 quart sweet milk
- 1 1/2 squares Baker's chocolate grated
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons Kingsford's Corn starch
- Cold milk
One quart sweet milk, 1 1/2 squares Baker's chocolate grated, 1 cup sugar. Put to boil in a double boiler, when boiling, add 5 tablespoons Kingsford's Corn starch moistened in a little chilled milk. Cook until it thickens. When cold serve proudly with cream and sugar.
