Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoonfuls cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoonful salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls baking soda
- 2 tablespoonfuls vanilla
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup water
Preheat oen to 375. Prepare 9x9 baking pan.
Mix in sifter:
Flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking soda. Sift into large mixing bowl. Add vanilla. Stir in mayonnaise and water. Blend well. Pour into preare baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Frost with favorite topping.
Very thick and moist cake
