Chocolate Cream Cake
- Cake:
- 1 half cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 scant cups flour
- Cream:
- 2 scant cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- vanilla
- Chocolate:
- 1/3 cake Baker's chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
Cake:
One half cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 large eggs, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 2 scant cups flour. Bake in layers
Cream:
Two scant cups sugar, 1/4 cup water, boil 5 minutes, take off, flavor with vanilla and stir until cold and thick.
Chocolate:
One-third cake Baker's chocolate, 1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup milk; boil until it thickens and set in cold water until stiff. Put together in layers; cake, chocolate, cream.
