Chili Sauce
- 20 large, ripe tomatoes
- 3 onions
- 5 peppers, chop fine
- 3 cups vinegar
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons cloves
- 2 teaspoons ginger
Peel and slice 20 large, ripe tomatoes, 3 onions, 5 peppers, chop fine, then add 3 cups vinegar, 6 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons salt, 3 teaspoons cinnamon, 3 teaspoons cloves, 2 teaspoons ginger. Boil 3 hours slowly.
