Chili Sauce
- 12 ripe tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 4 green peppers
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 teaspoon salt
Chop onions and peppers very fine. Boil one hour and half; add one cup of vinegar half an hour before taking from the fire. Bottle, cork closely. Keep in the coolest part of the cellar.
