Chicken Sago Soup

  • 3 tablespoons pearl sago
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream 20 %
  • 2 egg yolks
Soak sago overnight. Pour chicken broth in soup pot and boil 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Skim well. Pour sago into boiling broth, stirring fast while adding. Cook for approximately an hour and stir frequently. Mix cream and egg yolks together and pour into soup. Mix fast and boil up once. Serve in hot bowls. Serves 4.
