Chicken Broth

  • 1/2 chicken
  • 1 tsp rice, well washed
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Put the chicken into a small stew pan with the rice, a little pepper and salt. Cover with cold water and boil slowly until the meat falls from the bones. Keep the stew pan closely covered and the chicken entirely covered with water.

Take out the chicken, leaving the rice in, and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
