Chestnuts Glace au Madeira
- 1/2 pound chestnuts
- 2 spoonfuls meat extract
- Sauce Madeira
Cooked 1/2 pound chestnuts in a shallow pan with 2 spoonfuls meat extract for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal). Just before serving add a moderate amount of Sauce Madeira.
