Cherry Tapioca
- 1 cup pearl tapioca soaked over night
- 3 cups canned cherry juice added to tapioca when drained in the morning
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
Cook over a slow fire 3/4 hour or until quite thick and clear. When nearly done add 1 cup canned cherries. Serve with cream when cold.
