Cherry Tapioca

  • 1 cup pearl tapioca soaked over night
  • 3 cups canned cherry juice added to tapioca when drained in the morning
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
Cook over a slow fire 3/4 hour or until quite thick and clear. When nearly done add 1 cup canned cherries. Serve with cream when cold.
