Cheesy Chicken Wings

  • 16 chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 3/4 cup crumbled crackers or fine bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Wash the chicken wings and pat dry.

in a bowl of adequate size,combine the crumbled crackers or breadcrumbs, basil leaves, oregano leaves and Parmesan cheese. Add the garlic salt and mix well to blend.

Dip the chicken wings, first in melted butter, then into the crumb coating.

Arrange the wings in delicately oiled ovenproof baking dish.

Bake the chicken wings at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until lightly brown and done. Chicken wings should be tender.
