Cheese Straws
  • 2 ounce flour
  • 2 ounce butter
  • 3 ounce cheese
  • 1 egg
  • A little salt and cayenne
Grate the cheese and mix all together; roll out and cut into thin strips with a pastry cutter and bake in a flat tin.
