Cheese Souffle
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 ounce grated American cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Pinch of paprika
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Separate eggs and beat yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Add seasonings, melted butter and milk; combine with the corn. Beat egg whites stiff, add baking powder and fold into first mixture. Pour into greased baking dish and bake in oven for 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal).
