Cheese Sandwich
- 1 pound milk cheese
- evaporated milk
- pinch of salt
Put cheese through a fine food chopper, putting a small crust of bread through last. Mix very soft with salt and milk, adding a little butter. This can be put into jelly glasses, covered, and kept in a cool place. When ready to use, serve on white or graham bread, or on steamed Boston brown bread.
