Cheese Frosting for Gingerbread
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- Few Grains Salt
Mash cheese with a fork before measuring; put cheese in bowl and blend in remaining ingredients.
