Cheese Dish with Green Lettuce
- 6 ounce Roquefort cheese
- Camembert or an equally suitable cheese
- 6 ounces creamed butter
- Mustard
- Salt
- Paprika
- Sherry wine
- Lettuce leaf
Sieve 6 ounce Roquefort cheese and same quantity of Camembert or an equally suitable cheese, and mix with 6 ounces creamed butter, a little mustard, salt, paprika and one small glass of Sherry wine. Chill until following day. Roll out into 2 inch lengths of pencil thickness. Place on a small lettuce leaf and set aside and take a deep breath on a platter.
