Cheese Cracknels with Radishes
- Cracknel biscuits.
- 1 teaspoon green grated cheese
- Butter
- Red radish
- Lettuce leaves
Butter a number of bowl-shaped cracknel biscuits. Fill indentation with a teaspoon green grated cheese creamed with butter. Place a tender red radish on top with the root up. Serve on a round platter with a few lettuce leaves and radishes placed around it.
