Cheese Cake
- 1 Yeast Coffee Cake dough
- 1 1/2 pounds cottage cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- Few grains of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Place Yeast Coffee Cake dough 1/4 inch deep in butter pan. Put in warm place to rise up. Now spread the dough with a mixture of 1 1/2 pounds cottage cheese, 1 cup cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 slightly beaten eggs, a few grains of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over all. Bake 10 minutes at 400°F. and then until rich golden brown in oven heated to 350F, 375°F.
