Cheese Ball Salad

  • 1 cup grated cream cheese
  • 3 or 4 tablespoons finely chopped pinolas
  • thick cream or olive oil
  • lettuce
  • chopped nuts
  • French dressing
Mash fine the cheese, and if dry moisten with a little cream or olive oil. Stir into this the pinolas and nuts. Shape into balls the size of an English Walnut, and serve on lettuce with French Dressing. Pinolas may be used without nuts, or nuts without pinolas.
