Cheese and Potato Roast
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 cups brown bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pound potatoes, cooked and mashed fine
- flavor of onion
Mix completely together and bind with egg; press firmly together, rub over it a little whole meal, and bake in oven 30 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
