  • 2 boxes of gelatine
  • 3 pints of whipped cream
  • Sponge cake
Two boxes of gelatine, 3 pints of whipped cream sweetened and flavored to taste. Soak the gelatine in lukelukewarm water until thoroughly dissolved. Lay sponge cake around the mold and just before pouring the cream on, stir in the gelatine.
