Charlotte Russe
- 1 pint whipped cream
- 1/2 box gelatine
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla
To the whipped cream add dissolved gelatine, beaten whites of eggs, sugar and vanilla. Line mold with lady fingers and pour in cream. Mold and serve cold.
