Charlotte Russe
- 1 pint cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon gelatine
- Lady fingers
One pint cream, 1/4 cup sugar, whites of two eggs, one teaspoon gelatine. Dissolve gelatine in as little boiling water as possible, whip cream and beat eggs very light; add all together and pour into mold lined with lady fingers.
