Champagne Cup
- 1 pony each of brandy,curacao and maraschino
- 1 quart Burgundy wine
- 1 pint sparkling water
- 1 long cube of ice (or ice cubes)
- Sliced lemon
- Orange
- Pineapple
- Maraschino cherries
- 1 small bunch fresh mint
Into a large glass pitcher, place 1 pony each of brandy, curacao and maraschino; add 1 quart Burgundy wine, 1 pint sparkling water and 1 long cube of ice (or ice cubes). Stir well. Decorate with a sliced lemon and orange, half a dozen pieces of pineapple, maraschino cherries and finish off with 1 small bunch fresh mint.
