Cashew Milk Gravy
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hickory smoked salt
Blend ingredients in blender on high for 3 minutes or until nuts are completely ground. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over whole grain toast or biscuits.
