Carrots and Lettuce
- 12 young carrots
- 2 small onions
- 6 medium lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Few grains pepper
Slice carrots and onions thin. Cut lettuce in small pieces. Heat the oil, add vegetables and seasonings; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serves 6
