Carrot Pudding
- 1/4 pound grated breadcrumbs
- 1/4 pound currants
- 1/4 pound suet
- 1/4 pound flour
- 1/4 pound sultanas
- 1 large tablespoons treacle
- Grated rind of 1/4 lemon
Mix completely together with a small amount of milk, and boil in a basin, or mold, for an 1 1/2 hours.
