Caramel Cake
- 1/2 lb brown sugar
- 1/4 lb chocolate scant
- 1/2 cup milk
- Butter the size of an egg
- 2 tsps vanilla
Mix thoroughly, cook till thick. Add the vanilla after it is taken from the fire. Spread on the cake and set in the oven to dry.
