Candied Parnsips
- 6 large parsnips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Wash, pare and cook parsnips until tender. Cut in thirds and place carefully in a baking dish. Dot with butter, delicately sprinkle with sugar and pour pineapple juice over all. Cook in hot oven 425°F, until browned.
