Canadian Tea Cakes
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dates, cut fine
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup walnuts, cut fine
Beat eggs and stir in rest of ingredients. Spread in an 8 x 12 pan lined with butter. Bake about 30-35 minutes in oven at 325°F. When cool, roll into balls.
