California Lima Bean Salad
- 2 cups cooked baby Lima beans
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 or 3 large ripe tomatoes
- Onion or chives
- Seasonings
- French dressing
- 2 green peppers
Mix Lima beans and celery; add seasonings and onion or chives, and marinate with French dressing. Arrange slices of tomato on bed of lettuce, place a ring of pepper on each slice, and fill ring with bean mixture.
