Cabbage
- 1 1/2 quarts chopped cabbage
- Dressing:
- 12 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons cream
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 eggs
one and one-half quarts chopped cabbage
Dressing:
Twelve tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons cream, lump of butter the size of a walnut, salt, pepper and mustard to taste, three eggs well-beaten. Cook until thick, when cold, pour atop the cabbage.
