Cabbage Soup
- Cabbage
- Potatoes
- Leeks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter
- Cream
Cut desired quantities of vegetables into large cubes. Cook in plenty of boiling water for 30 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Season with pepper and salt, and just before serving, add butter and cream as desired.
