Butterscotch Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons cream
Mix sugar, flour and salt, add boiling water, and cook until smooth. Remove from fire, add butter and stir in cream.
