Butterscotch Pie
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- lump of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream butter and flour, add egg yolks, slightly beaten, sugar, and milk. Boil until thick, and add vanilla extract. Have crust prepared and baked. Beat whites for meringue on top.
