Buttered Lobster

  • 2 pounds lobster
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
Remove lobster meat from shell and chop slightly. Melt butter, add lobster, and when heated, season and serve garnished beautifully with lobster claws.
