Buttered Kohlrabi
- 1 quart kohlrabi
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Few grains pepper
Wash, pare and slice kohlrabi. Cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, season with butter and pepper. If a little different flavor is desired, use bacon drippings instead of butter.
