Buttercup Omelet

  • Omelet
  • Applesauce
  • Grated yellow cheese
Prepare a plain omelet. Just before ready to fold it over, spread with a thin layer or applesauce, and delicately sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Fold omelet over, and sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
