Brown Rice Stuffing
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper
- ground, cooked giblets
Cook rice for approximately an hour in boiling salted water. Drain and blanch with cold water. Fry onion and celery lightly in butter, add rice and other ingredients, mixing well. Enough for 10 pound fowl.
