Brown Pudding
- 3 eggs
- Sugar
- Flour
- Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of soda
- 4 tablespoons of raspberry jam
- Cream sauce
Three eggs and their weight in sugar, flour and butter or a little less butter, half a teaspoon of soda, four tablespoons of raspberry jam. Steam two hours. Serve with cream sauce.
