Broiled Ham
- Ham
- Pepper
- Butter, melted
The ham must be soaked first and then boiled until nearly done. Set aside to take slices from, as needed.
Cut rather thin. Lay on a gridiron over hot coals. When heated through, lay on a dish and pepper well. Pour over some melted butter. Serve.
If raw ham is used, the slices must be cut thicker. Drop in a pan of boiling water for a few minutes and then broil as above.
