Broil sausages
- sausage links
- small lump of butter
Take off the skin and flatten the link to half its thickness, put in a wire broiler and boil until done over a clear fire, arrange on a platter, put a small lump of butter on each piece, put in the oven for a few moments, and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
